About Peter Wharton

Hi everyone. I'm an "old hand" at photography having used an SLR since 1976, with several thousand images now on 35mm slides, which are not very accessible now, but were a really effective way in their time to capture the "light" in the world. :-)

Switched to the digital world in 2005 and still exploring how to best capture what I see around me. Haven't learned very much about how to best "post process" my images - still relying on my SLR disciplines of framing shots the first time and getting the best sort of exposure/lens settings.

Have just starting sharing my images here, and appreciate any feedback, constructive hints on how to improve my photography.
